Ordering a Car Stereo from Dixons: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs
- Dixons can deliver your car stereo to any address within the mainland UK (excluding the Channel Islands). Dixons may not be able to deliver larger items to the Isle of Man, the Scilly Isles, Anglesey or the Scottish Islands, so please check before you order if you live in these areas. All deliveries must be signed for and take place from Mondays to Fridays.
- Standard Delivery: If your car stereo is in stock, standard delivery will take approximately five working days. Dixons charges one delivery fee per order, not per item. If your order consists of more than one item, then you will be charged the highest of the delivery charges quoted for the individual items. Smaller products are delivered by a courier on Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 5pm.
- Dixons Premium Courier Delivery Service: This is available for certain products and allows you, for a small cost, to specify the day and time slot that you would like to have your order delivered. With this service you can also track your order online.
- Supplier Delivery: If there is a small green van logo on the product description page, this product will be delivered to you direct from the manufacturer and you will need to allow up to 28 days for delivery.

- You can cancel your order and return your car stereo or accessory within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in a perfect condition and returned with proof of purchase. You will need to contact Dixons in order to arrange for your goods to be collected, and you will be charged £19.99 for the collection of large items and £7.99 for smaller items.
- If your car stereo is faulty, you can return to a Dixons store. If the fault developed within 28 days of delivery, Dixons will offer you an exchange or a refund. If you return a faulty product more than 28 days after receiving it, but within one year of delivery, Dixons will usually attempt to repair it for you or offer you a refund or exchange
