Ordering a Car Stereo from Amazon: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs
- You can have your order delivered to any address in mainland UK and Amazon also delivers to overseas addresses.
- Once you have joined Amazon and registered your details, you can take advantage of the website’s new 1-click fast ordering system, which will simplify your online shopping experience and make it quick and easy.
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail once you have placed your order. This will give you an approximate date of arrival and you can track your order online.

- All deliveries must be signed for on arrival, unless they are small enough to be posted through the letter box.
Delivery – UK
- Amazon’s UK delivery service includes deliveries to mainland England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Deliveries to ROI are charged according to Western Europe Delivery Rates.
- Depending on its size, your car stereo will be sent either by first class post, Parcelforce or DHL Express.
- You will be charged a set price per delivery and also an additional amount per item. If you order more than one item, you will pay the higher delivery rate only.

Ordering a Car Stereo from Amazon: Refunds and Returns Policy
- Amazon offers a 30-day returns policy, so if you change your mind or are unhappy with your car stereo, you can return it for a full refund
- If you are unhappy with an electrical product which was delivered by a courier, you may return it within 14 days even if it has been opened.
- Returned goods must be unopened and in perfect condition. Amazon will only accept the return of opened goods if they are deemed to be faulty.
- If you have received an electrical product which is faulty, you will need to contact the retail support centre so that you can arrange to return the item. Amazon will refund any postage costs for faulty products.
